Real Estate

Buying or selling real estate is an important transaction in anyone’s life. A real estate transaction can be straightforward or incredibly complex, and you need an experienced lawyer and real estate team by your side to advocate for you.

We handle all manners of real estate purchases – residential purchases and sales, as well as business purchases of commercial property. In addition, we are “go-to” counsel for our real estate colleagues in those unfortunate instances where the deal unravels, escrows are held, and the parties cannot come to an agreement without litigation.

Our real estate expertise also includes boundary disputes, ownership disputes, title/survey actions, and easement and adverse possession claims.
