Founded in 2020, the Law Office of Wendy M. Crowther provides professional "big firm" legal representation and the personal care and attention of your hometown lawyer. We are a full-service Law Firm offering expertise in civil litigation, real estate, and estate planning. Our office proudly operates on First Ave in beautiful Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey.

We handle all manners of real estate purchases – residential purchases and sales, as well as business purchases of commercial property. In addition, we are “go-to” counsel for our real estate colleagues in those unfortunate instances where the deal unravels, escrows are held, and the parties cannot come to an agreement without litigation.

Our real estate expertise also includes boundary disputes, ownership disputes, title/survey actions, and easement and adverse possession claims.
